• Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, Non Profit funding Contract – Referrals come from Youth Case Management, Family Crisis Intervention, probation, the Division of Youth and Family Services, schools, and mental health professionals. Children who are at risk of an out-of-home placement are eligible for this funding.
